The Project Charter identifies the project vision, objectives, range, organization and application design. It helps you to prepare the direction for the project and get buy in from your stakeholders as to how the project will be arranged and accomplished. It will also aid you to manage the range of your project, by defining just what it is that you have to achieve. To specify a Project Charter, have these steps:

Step 1: Distinguish the Project Vision
